Excellence Starts Here. In this role, you will: Support quality assurance and compliance efforts across EPI programs to promote safe, effective, and person-centered services. Conduct audits, assessments, and reviews to identify strengths, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor and analyze quality, incident, health and safety, and performance data to identify trends and recommend solutions. Coordinate incident reporting processes and ensure documentation meets agency, accreditation, and regulatory requirements. Support accreditation and certification activities, including tracking remediation plans and quality improvement initiatives. Conduct health and safety assessments and collaborate with teams to address identified concerns. Partner with managers and directors to strengthen compliance, improve outcomes, and support organizational goals. Facilitate training and provide guidance on documentation, incident management, best practices, and quality standards. Serve as a resource for quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and continuous organizational improvement efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field required Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Two (2) years of experience in human services required Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, brain injury, mental illness, or related populations preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret information, identify trends, and recommend improvements Clear and professional written and verbal communication Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities General computer proficiency and willingness to learn electronic systems Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance Ability to pass required background checks and a post-offer drug screen Ability to participate in weekend on-call incident reporting responsibilities as assigned Here's What We're Looking For.
