This is the role We are looking for a Quality Manager to lead our Quality team in Finland and ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Evondos Quality Management System (QMS) across Finland operations. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of quality activities covering manufacturing, supplier quality, service quality, and post-market quality processes. You will work closely with local stakeholders and Group Quality & Regulatory Affairs to ensure that quality processes are effective, compliant, and continuously improving. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how quality works in practice and can translate quality requirements into efficient, scalable business processes. You will play a key role in developing quality performance, supporting continuous improvement, and leading a team that helps ensure product quality and patient safety. What you will spend your time on Leading and developing the Finland Quality team Ensuring effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Evondos QMS across Finland operations Supporting quality activities across manufacturing, supplier quality, service quality, and post-market quality processes Overseeing nonconformance management, CAPA processes, change control, and quality investigations Monitoring quality performance, trends, and continuous improvement initiatives Supporting internal and external audits and ensuring a high level of audit readiness Collaborating closely with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Service Operations, R&D, Product Management, Customer Support, and Group Quality & Regulatory Affairs Acting as the primary Quality partner for Finland operations and local management teams Why you will enjoy it Quality is at the core of everything we do at Evondos. This could be you You may have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or another relevant field, combined with several years of experience in quality roles within a regulated industry, ideally medical devices. Beyond that, we are looking for someone who: Has strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and quality requirements related to EU MDR Has experience with quality management systems, audits, CAPA, and change control Has previous people leadership or team management experience Supports quality performance through consistent execution and follow-through Applies a pragmatic and structured approach to problem-solving Can translate quality requirements into practical and effective ways of working that support both compliance and business performance Builds strong relationships across functions and works effectively in a matrix organization Demonstrates integrity, consistency, and a strong commitment to patient safety and product quality Uses data to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts Fluency in English is required. Finnish language skills are highly beneficial.
