We are looking for a Quality Manager to perform the following activities: Lead quality management activities within industrial manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and customer requirements. Conduct audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN, 5S, FMEA, QRQC, and 8D methodologies. Manage non-conformities, corrective actions, and supplier quality performance. Monitor quality KPIs and implement actions to improve product quality and operational performance. Provide technical expertise in metallurgy, welding, assembly, dimensional inspection, NDT, and hydraulic systems. What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments. Strong expertise in Mechanical Engineering, including metallurgy, welding, assembly, dimensional inspection, non-destructive testing (NDT), and hydraulic systems. Proven experience in Quality Management within complex industrial organizations. Hands-on knowledge of quality and continuous improvement methodologies, including Audits, LEAN, 5S, FMEA, QRQC, and 8D. Willingness to travel frequently to France. Soft skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
