Join Each's Quality Improvement and Risk team and play a key role in strengthening the systems, processes and culture that help us deliver safe, high-quality services to communities across Australia. Working closely with leaders and teams across the organisation, you'll support accreditation activities, quality improvement initiatives, clinical governance processes, and risk management practices that make a real difference to the people we serve. Your role, your impact As a Quality Partner, you'll help drive a culture of continuous improvement, customer safety and quality care across Each. By partnering with programs and leaders, you'll contribute to better outcomes for customers, stronger governance practices, and improved service delivery. Key responsibilities: Support accreditation activities and help programs meet regulatory and quality standards Manage quality systems and processes that strengthen governance, risk management and service quality Analyse data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and support evidence-based decision making Partner with teams across Each to implement quality improvement initiatives and achieve sustainable change Support incident and feedback management processes that enhance customer safety and service excellence This is an opportunity to influence meaningful change across a large and diverse organisation while contributing to safer, better experiences for our customers and communities. About you You'll bring a strong understanding of quality improvement, clinical governance and risk management principles, and thrive in a collaborative, values-driven environment focused on continuous improvement and better customer outcomes. You will also demonstrate: A minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare Experience in quality improvement, quality assurance, clinical governance, or risk management Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, quality systems and accreditation standards Experience analysing data, identifying trends and preparing reports Strong written communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across diverse teams A collaborative, customer-focused approach to service improvement What will make you stand out A degree in Quality Improvement, Quality Management, Health Management or a related discipline Experience supporting accreditation activities in healthcare or community services Familiarity with the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and other relevant quality frameworks Advanced reporting, audit, or data analysis experience Clinical Incident and complaints management experience What's in it for you At Each you'll be supported to be your best.
