We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Quality Specialist to join our S2P Team. With you we will: Provide all the activities related to data quality by performing sample check analysis of all processes performed by Stream Operations for each live market Calculate KPIs according to the defined deadlines, upload data into Power Bi dashboard and other platforms Prepare periodic internal/external reports/dashboards on quality of services and provide timely reporting to relevant stakeholders Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis and problem solving Define, propose and implement improvements and automation in the quality processes Participate in the projects related to implementation of new tools or functionalities Cooperate with Operational Team with the aim to improve process and ensure partner expectations are met and exceeded through service orientation and service quality Key requirements: A specialist with university degree (in the field of Business Administration, Economics or Finance would be an advantage) Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and SAP Attentive to details and able to work with a big volume of data Good analyst with communication, planning and coordination skills Confident in English on at least Intermediate level (both written and verbal) Let’s Talk Benefits : Competitive package : annual salary review and annual bonus , 28 paid vacation days, paid sick leave, medical insurance, IT Club discounts Work arrangements: hybrid in Lviv region or fully remote across Ukraine, official employment, standard schedule 9:00–18:00 with a flexible lunch break, company-provided equipment Corporate culture: international environment, diverse and inclusive teams, strong internal communities, knowledge sharing.
