Qualtrics Digital Implementation Specialist (4 month contract)

We are seeking a Qualtrics Digital Implementation Specialist to join our team and support a leading global enterprise technology client. In this role, you will implement, configure, and optimize Qualtrics solutions that power enterprise Customer Experience (CX) programs. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Qualtrics, a solid understanding of Customer Experience (CX) and Voice of Customer (VoC) programs, and enjoys working with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. Responsibilities Configure, implement, and optimize Qualtrics Digital Experience (DX) solutions. Deploy and manage website intercepts, digital feedback programs, and customer experience initiatives. Translate business requirements into scalable Qualtrics solutions. Perform QA testing, troubleshoot implementation issues, and ensure platform reliability. Collaborate with consultants, developers, and client stakeholders. Manage multiple implementation projects and timelines. Maintain implementation documentation and best practices. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of hands-on Qualtrics implementation experience. Strong understanding of Customer Experience (CX) and Voice of Customer (VoC) programs. Experience with Qualtrics Digital, Website/App Feedback, or XM Platform. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in a consulting, agency, or enterprise environment is preferred.
