About the Company

A high-growth, venture-backed SaaS company is building its India quantitative research team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will build the models and methods that turn data into a real edge. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Quantitative Research Analyst, you will design and test models on large datasets, building statistical and analytical methods that drive product and decision quality.

Key Responsibilities

Modelling & Statistics

• Build, test, and validate statistical and predictive models
• Design experiments and run rigorous quantitative analysis
• Work with large datasets to extract reliable signal

Research & Delivery

• Document methods, assumptions, and results clearly
• Partner with product and engineering to put models into use

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years in quantitative research, data science, or analytics
• Strong statistics plus hands-on Python or R
• Working knowledge of SQL and large-data handling
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• A postgraduate degree in statistics, mathematics, or a quantitative field
• Exposure to machine-learning methods and libraries
• Experience in a SaaS, fintech, or high-growth environment
