About The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced and commercially driven Quantity Surveyor to join our Regional Civils team delivering a significant coastal defence project in Hunstanton. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile civil engineering scheme that will help protect homes, businesses, and vital local infrastructure from the ongoing challenges of coastal erosion and flooding.

Working as part of a collaborative and experienced project team, you will contribute to the successful commercial delivery of works that are critical to the long-term resilience of the local coastline. The role offers exposure to complex engineering challenges, stakeholder engagement, and the opportunity to work on a project that will have a meaningful impact on the surrounding community and environment.

What you'll be doing

As a Quantity Surveyor You Will

  • Managing project costs and commercial performance
  • Supporting procurement and subcontract management
  • Preparing valuations, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Working closely with design, operational teams and stakeholders
  • Helping ensure successful delivery of a complex civil engineering project.

Who we're looking for

You Will Have The Following

  • BSc/HNC in quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering
  • Experience in Quantity Surveying within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
  • Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach
  • NEC contract experience preferred.
