Role Description This is a full-time Quantity Surveyor role based in Puducherry with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The Quantity Surveyor will prepare and review bills of quantities (BOQ), estimates, and cost plans for hospitality, residential, infrastructure, and other complex projects. Responsibilities include monitoring project costs, preparing cost reports, supporting tender evaluations, and advising on cost-effective construction solutions in line with FIDIC and other relevant contract frameworks. The role will involve close coordination with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to manage budgets, track variations, and ensure accurate cost forecasting throughout the project lifecycle. The Quantity Surveyor will also assist with procurement support, value engineering, and preparation of documentation for audits, technical handover, and project closeout.
