Quotation Specialist The Quotation Specialist will be part of the Revenue Operations team and will support the sales organization. The Quotation Specialists' primary responsibilities will be to prepare accurate quotes for pricing and will assist in managing those quotes through closure. Support activities will include creating quotes, maintaining end dates, start dates, and expiration dates, reviewing of opportunities for missing closure documentation, and working with Sales for opportunity completion. The role will assist as liaison with sales, legal, revenue, product management, and of cross-functional teams on deal structuring. Responsibilities: 1. You will be part of the team that is responsible for maintaining the CPQ function on the Salesforce platform supporting Sales, CRM’s, Deal Desk, Product & Pricing, Channel Operations, Renewals and overall Rev Ops business functions 2. Ensure your client accounts allocated accurately in SFDC with accurate client details 3. Develop trusted relationships with AE’s ,CRM’s & Alvaria functional leaders to ensure ability to define and craft solution packages/quotes for client needs (i.e. SC, ACC, Product, Data quality, Finance) 4. Prepare quotes to meet the DIA targets for renewals quotes 5. Work with AE’s and deal desk to prepare quotes for add on/migration/etc quotes . Collect and collate all technical and cost estimates needed to prepare quotes & be prepared to present to deal desk for approval process 6. Identify risk in client opportunities and any related contract agreements, participating in Risk Reviews as needed. 7. Consistently demonstrates superior customer service by combining system knowledge, sales, product, and problem-solving skills to exceed sales expectations. 8. SGDC hygiene for all opportunities and stages 9. Review incoming sales bookings for completeness and accuracy prior to moving to OM 10. Support the processing of orders and provide acknowledgments to clients. 11. Review contract expiry, prepare contract profitability reports vs ARR / ATR quarterly 12. Maintain customer information, product records, and other areas of SFDC 13. Provide product knowledge assistance to AE’s / ACC as needed 14. Assist Rev Ops Manager with preparation of sales activity reporting through the weeks and Quarter Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, related field, or professional experience equivalent 1+ years relevant work experience in sales, quoting, and Q2O processes SFDC skills, preferable is experience with CPQ price quoting tool 1 year of Software/SaaS industry experience preferred Skills and Abilities: Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Very process oriented, organized, and able to balance deadlines and priorities Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and customer needs, maintaining a high degree of flexibility Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to support allocated client account time zones
