You will be work in cross – functional, international environment with frequent interactions and cooperation with the French branch of Orange. Responsibilities: Support Orange affiliates to improve the radio performance and QoS of their 2G/3G/4G access networks: Contribution to Guidelines for radio optimization and dimensioning based on trials done in affiliates and exchanges with RAN vendors Contribution to the specification of parameter setting templates in 2G/3G/4G/5G per supplier, for an operational usage in the C-SON of affiliates. Contribution to the KPI for the mutualized performance monitoring of affiliates’ networks (QoS 2G/3G/4G/5G). Support the software development of Engineering tools: Contribute to the specification of Radio engineering tools to fit with new projects Contribute to the development et validation of these Radio engineering tools Be part of the project on Radio engineering tools.
