Principle Responsibilities: Systems Integration Management Follow the System Integration Strategy and Interface Management Plan. Coordinate integration activities across all Telecom Systems and project stakeholders. Ensure consistency and technical alignment of system requirements across all subsystems. Manage integration risks, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies. Facilitate interdisciplinary technical reviews and integration workshops. Interface Management Establish and maintain the Interface Register throughout the project lifecycle. Identify physical, functional, operational, organizational, and contractual interfaces. Coordinate resolution of interface issues among internal teams, customers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Monitor interface closure status and escalate critical matters where required. Ensure interface agreements are documented, approved, and controlled Systems Engineering and Requirements Management Ensure subsystem designs comply with project requirements and operational concepts. Support requirements management processes and change control activities. Support design reviews to ensure integration compatibility and interoperability. Support management of design changes and assess integration impacts. Coordinate requirements allocation and traceability across railway subsystems. Verification, Validation & Systems Assurance Coordinate integration testing activities and system-wide verification and validation programs. Support preparation of integration test procedures and acceptance strategies. Ensure compliance with applicable international railway standards and project requirements. Support safety, RAMS, cybersecurity, and operational readiness activities. Track closure of integration-related observations, defects, and non-conformities. Stakeholder Coordination & Technical Leadership Serve as the primary integration focal point for project stakeholders. Chair interface and integration coordination meetings. Provide technical leadership and guidance on integration methodology and systems engineering best practices. Support project management teams in evaluating integration impacts on cost, schedule, and project risks. Mentor engineers in systems integration, interface management, and railway systems engineering practices. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred INCOSE Systems Engineering Certification is highly desirable. PMP Certification is desirable 8 to 10 years of experience in railway engineering projects Minimum 6 years of experience in railway systems integration, systems engineering, or interface management Strong understanding of Systems Engineering lifecycle processes. § Experience in Interface Management and Interface Register administration. Experience in Requirements Management and Traceability. Experience in Verification & Validation (V&V). Understanding of railway RAMS processes and safety assurance. Knowledge of EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129 and railway systems engineering methodologies. Experience managing multidisciplinary project stakeholders. Ability to lead integration workshops and technical coordination meetings. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Working knowledge in CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Master Clock, and PIDS systems design and implementation. Working knowledge in ICT, WiFi, multiservice network, firewalls and cybersecurity systems design and implementation.
