Your Impact at GEICO We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical associate to join the Rating Product Implementations team. As a Rating Product Implementation Analyst, you will prepare, execute, and implement activities that allow the company to put rate and rule revisions into effect for all lines of business. This role also develops system specifications to accommodate revisions or new items that impact company systems. How You ’ ll Make a Difference Implementation Support: Support rate and rule revisions across all lines of business. System Specifications: Develop specifications for rating and system changes. Research & Analysis: Assess revision impacts on systems and business processes. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate requirements and implementation timelines with partner teams. System Change Evaluation: Support testing and review of implemented system changes. Team Contribution: Contribute strong organization, communication, and analytical thinking. What We ’ re Looking For Experience & Qualifications: Analytical mindset with ability to assess system impacts. Ability to support rate and rule revisions. Experience coordinating requirements, timelines, and results. Core Skills: Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Clear verbal and written communication skills . Collaborative, positive, and results-driven . Ability to support implementation timelines. Preferred Skills: Insurance filing or compliance experience. Knowledge of P&C rating principles. Ability to translate changes into system requirements. Testing, validation, or post-implementation review experience. Strong documentation and tracking skills . Cross-functional partnership experience. Proficiency with Excel, Word, or SharePoint. Education High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education, training, or comparable professional experience in insurance, regulatory compliance, business operations, or related discipline is preferred. Annual Salary $56,375.00 - $101,475.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
