Human by nature. Raw Material R&F Team Lead - Budapest (Hungary) - Your future position? Overall mission Responsible for the assigned supply team which performs defined Requisition & Fulfillment (R&F) and Replenishment activities for Raw Materials (RM) Team Lead will ensure accurate processing of all R&F RM tasks for assigned team following performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements Main contact for the Manager concerning defined R&F RM processes and activities You will be based in Budapest and report to the Raw Material R&F Manager You will Supervise day to day operations in R&F RM area PO /STO management Issue resolution in collaboration with DTC team members Supplier management Actively support continuous improvement of processes Create strong morale and spirit in the team Committed to develop him/herself Build constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders Lay out work in an organized manner and monitor progress and results Communicate effectively with internal and external partners by phone or via email Support the set-up and supervise the R&F RM team for the pilot countries Provide professional support for the team Coach team members, set goals, evaluate skill development, develop individual action plans and train team as needed You College or University degree Fluency in English (written and verbal form) 5+ years of experience in Procurement R&F RM role with first leadership experience, experience of knowledge transfer activity, SSC/GBS experience is an advantage Expert knowledge of relevant SAP modules (MM, MRP) and Procurement tools, advanced knowledge of MS office Willingness to travel (2-6 weeks periods) during knowledge transfers Our benefits Flexible Working Arrangements (1-2 office days per week) Private Health Insurance Monthly cafeteria plan Employee shop discount Travel reimbursement when commuting from out of Budapest urban area Access to exclusive perfumes and other employee discounts Recognition and referral programs Career development opportunities in our multinational environment Team buildings and company events Learning programs to develop your soft and hard skills Free coffee and tea in our equipped kitchen #LI-Hybrid This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.
