React/UI Developer with UX Background

Project Description:

As reporting solutions become more user-centric, the need for intuitive, high-quality user interfaces is growing.

Responsibilities:

Enhance usability and accessibility of client-facing applications

Improve user adoption and satisfaction through well-designed, intuitive interfaces

Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation via user-centered design

Allow backend engineers to remain focused on core platform and integration work

Mandatory Skills Description:

Minimum 3+ years hands-on application development experience using React

Hands-On Experience with automated testing

Hands-On Experience with backend integration

Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (preferably with GitLab)

Experience in translating high-level business requirements into IT requirements, ability to refine UI requirements based on feedback

Excellent communication skills

Bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent with a focus in software engineering
