Role Description The Real Estate Agent will work full time in a hybrid role based in Athens, with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, listing and showing residential and commercial properties, and guiding buyers, sellers, and renters through the entire transaction process. The role involves conducting property evaluations, preparing market analyses, negotiating offers and contracts, and coordinating inspections and documentation. The Real Estate Agent will maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, use digital tools and the Keller Williams network to promote properties, and deliver consistent, high-quality customer service. Collaboration with team members, regular training participation, and adherence to ethical and legal standards are essential parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and foundational knowledge of Real Estate practices.
• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and experience in closing real estate transactions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities and a client-focused mindset.
• Candidates should possess understanding of Real Property concepts, including valuation and local market dynamics.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and operate in a hybrid office/remote setting.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and online property marketing platforms.
• Fluency in Greek; proficiency in English or additional languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in real estate or a related sales field is preferred but not mandatory.
