Key Responsibilities Manage affordable housing transactions end-to-end, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and complex LIHTC/tax-exempt bond financing. Draft, edit, and negotiate primary transaction documents (purchase agreements, loan documents, JV agreements, and corporate structures). Lead deal execution, manage closing timelines, and coordinate seamlessly across multi-party funding environments. Requirements Experience: 3–6 years of transactional commercial real estate law firm experience, with a heavy emphasis on affordable housing or LIHTC financing structures Education: JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Status: Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder). Work Style: Collaborative, high-energy, and thrives in a hands-on, hybrid team environment (in-office Mon–Thu, remote Fri).
