Job Description This is a remote position. Job Summary: A real estate intern will assist the Managing Director with tasks relating to purchase, rental, service, and maintenance of residential properties. Duties and Responsibilities: Consults with clients and vendors to understand real estate needs. Arranges for professional photography of properties for sale, highlighting appropriate features and attributes. Assists in transaction management detail and CRM updates Researches and connects data for service improvements Assists on Workflow documentation and automation tasks by researching, writing, and drawing process improvements for software implementation Ensures that terms and conditions on agreements such as loans, home inspections, and pest inspections are met before closing dates. Ensures that paperwork is completed accurately and on time; corrects any errors or omissions. Coordinates activities required for property closing including document signing and fund disbursement. Maintains and assists in developing customer knowledge base of the housing market, anticipated developments, school performance, and other matters of client interest and concern. Develops and maintains positive relationships with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors to whom clients may be referred. Performs other duties as assigned. Thorough understanding of the real estate market and the laws, regulations, and best practices involved in real estate transactions. ​ Proficient with Microsoft Excel or related software.
