Role Description

This is a full-time, remote working role located in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, for a Real Estate Strategist. The Real Estate Strategist will handle client consultations, provide insights on market trends, and develop tailored property investment strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing property acquisitions, overseeing leasing activities, coordinating valuations, and identifying off-plan investment opportunities. Collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve optimal property solutions is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in market research and property valuations
• Experience in real estate sales, leasing, acquisitions, and off-plan property sales
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of regional property markets, with a focus on the UAE
• Experience in data analysis and using real estate technologies for informed decision-making
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver client-focused solutions
• Self-motivation with strong organisational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is an advantage
