We are looking for a Record Retrieval Support to join our Medical Records team. Job Description As a Record Retrieval Support, your main responsibility is to assist the team with status inquiries to outstanding entities. This will consist of mostly outbound phone calls, some faxing, emailing and mailing via USPS/UPS through our mailroom.
