Recruiter

Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare staffing organization seeking an experienced Locums Recruiter to join their team. This is a fully remote opportunity for a motivated recruiting professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys building relationships with physicians and advanced practice providers nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and place physicians and advanced practice providers into locum tenens assignments
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare providers
• Build strong, lasting relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle
• Present opportunities that align with candidate preferences and career goals
• Negotiate assignment details, compensation, and scheduling needs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a positive provider experience
• Meet and exceed recruiting activity and placement goals
• Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS and CRM systems

Qualifications

• Previous experience recruiting physicians, advanced practice providers for locum tenens assignments, or Travel Nursing experience is required
• Strong sourcing, relationship building, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Results driven mindset with a passion for helping healthcare providers find rewarding opportunities

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $75,000 depending on experience
• Uncapped commission structure
• On target earnings of $150,000+ annually
