The Opportunity We're hiring a Corporate Recruiter to build and run the high-volume talent engine powering Top Dog Law's growth. This role owns our highest-demand positions: Case Managers, Paralegals, Settlement Supervisors, and Settlement Specialists, with a goal of 300+ hires by end of 2027. This is not a post-and-pray role. You'll design the machine: sourcing cadence, screening process, referral pipeline, interview workflow. You'll report to the VP of Talent Acquisition, have real ownership over outcomes, and your commission reflects that. No legal experience required — we'll teach you the roles. What You Will Own ● Full-cycle recruiting for Case Managers, Paralegals, Settlement Supervisors, and Settlement Specialists ● Applicant review, candidate qualification, and pre-screening via phone or video ● Interview scheduling and coordination through our structured cadence ● Proactive sourcing across job boards, LinkedIn, and referral pipelines ● Referral pipeline management and commission tracking for referred hires ● ATS hygiene, pipeline reporting, and process documentation ● Building and continuously optimizing your recruiting machine ● AI-powered workflow automation: using Claude and ChatGPT to screen at scale, draft JDs, and build repeatable processes What You Bring Required: ● 2–8 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume corporate or agency environment ● Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without dropping quality ● Exceptional organizational skills and a bias toward systems over memory ● Strong communication skills — you represent our brand to every candidate ● Tech fluency: comfortable with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and productivity software ● AI proficiency — understanding and actively using Claude is a must Preferred (Nice to Have): ● Experience with ChatGPT or other LLM-based recruiting automation ● Background recruiting for legal, healthcare, or other high-volume professional services roles ● Familiarity with commission-based or performance-incentivized compensation structures ● Experience building referral programs or managing referral pipelines Who Thrives Here (Core Values) We don't hire on resumes alone. What We Offer Base Salary: $75,000–$85,000, commensurate with experience Commission: $1,000 per successful hire | $500 per successful referral hire — uncapped Our job postings reflect the compensation range for the specific market and location of each role. Ranges vary by geography based on local market rates and cost of labor.
