Position Summary:

VitalEdge Technologies is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to support our North American Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for technical, customer-facing, consulting, sales, and corporate positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized recruiter who enjoys sourcing hard-to-find talent, building strong candidate relationships, and managing multiple searches in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on execution and delivering an outstanding hiring experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare candidate summaries and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within ADP Recruiting and other recruiting systems.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates to create a sustainable talent network.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
• Extend verbal offers and support candidates through the offer and onboarding process.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle technology recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for software, SaaS, ERP, technology, consulting, professional services, customer success, implementation, sales, or other technical positions.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
• Strong interviewing skills, including behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Experience with ADP.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
