About The Role
The Semiconductor Recruiter at Triveni IT will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring professionals specializing in semiconductor design, verification, manufacturing, and related hardware roles. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking skills and technical knowledge of the semiconductor industry. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. The position offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work arrangements, providing an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a preference for those with specific semiconductor recruitment experience. A comprehensive understanding of industry terminology, engineering roles, and the semiconductor development lifecycle is essential. Candidates should have demonstrated success in sourcing niche technical talent, particularly within electronics, hardware, embedded systems, or related fields. Excellent communication, networking, and candidate engagement skills are required to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM systems is also necessary. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and recruit semiconductor professionals across various technical domains, including design, verification, manufacturing, and hardware engineering.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Recruit for roles such as Semiconductor Design Engineers, ASIC Engineers, VLSI Engineers, FPGA Engineers, Verification Engineers, Embedded Engineers, Firmware Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Validation/Test Engineers, and Process Engineers.
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, and candidate databases to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and project background.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within ATS/CRM systems.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and clients to ensure ongoing engagement and repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions affecting semiconductor talent availability.
