Role Description This is a remote, contract Recruiter role responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition activities. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create inclusive job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and engaging candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating interview logistics. The role also involves maintaining accurate candidate records, providing timely communication and feedback, and supporting offer negotiation and onboarding processes. The Recruiter will help refine recruitment processes, monitor hiring metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with License & Scale’s values.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
• Ability to use online sourcing tools, professional networks, and job boards to attract and engage qualified talent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple requisitions and deadlines in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar recruiting platforms and basic recruitment analytics.
• Commitment to fair, unbiased, and inclusive hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.
• Previous recruiting experience in a contract, agency, or in-house setting is highly beneficial.
• Relevant education or training in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus, though equivalent experience is also valued.
