Recruiter 📍 Remote | 🕒 Full-Time | 💼 Exempt Role Summary The Recruiter is responsible for networking with and recruiting healthcare professionals to ensure project needs are staffed with outstanding employees in a timely manner. This role provides strategic support and client delivery to our Hospital/RevTech team, requiring strong relationship-building and recruiting skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience. Works Closely With Recruitment Leaders, Payroll, Accounting, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure accurate pay, compliant submissions, and a strong contractor experience. Key Responsibilities Sourcing employees for specific assignments using various job posting/search mediums.
