About the Role As a Recruiter within our Personalvermittlung (personnel placement) division, you will take full ownership of recruiting mandates on behalf of our clients. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from initial briefing through to successful placement — while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This role is available with remote work flexibility and is based in Wedel. Key Responsibilities Execute end-to-end recruiting processes for interim and project-based client mandates, from job briefing and candidate sourcing through to offer management and placement. Manage and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates across various industries and functional areas relevant to client needs. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, role specifications, and organizational culture. Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, XING), direct search, and referrals. Conduct structured candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit. Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and client hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring full documentation of all recruiting activities. Provide regular status updates and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the duration of each mandate. Required Qualifications 6 to 10 years of professional experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally within a Personalvermittlung, staffing agency, or executive search environment. Proven track record of successfully managing and closing recruiting mandates independently. Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including active sourcing, candidate management, and client advisory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in German (fluent) and English (professional proficiency). Experience working in a client-facing or consultative recruiting capacity. Preferred Qualifications Experience with interim recruiting or project-based staffing mandates. Familiarity with multiple industry verticals, enabling flexibility across diverse client assignments. Established network of candidates and/or clients in the German-speaking market. Experience advising hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarking. Technical Skills Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools. Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, XING TalentManager, and Boolean search techniques. Competence with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, video conferencing platforms). Familiarity with HR and recruiting analytics to track KPIs and report on mandate progress.
