We’re looking for a Middle Recruiter who feels confident managing full-cycle recruitment independently and enjoys working with international markets. You’ll work closely with international hiring managers, support business growth in emerging markets, and contribute directly to building strong commercial teams. What you’ll be doing • Managing full-cycle recruitment for BDM and Sales roles across Africa and Asia • Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels • Conducting HR interviews and assessing candidates’ motivation, communication style, and market fit • Coordinating interview stages with hiring managers and keeping the process moving • Maintaining a well-organized and healthy recruitment pipeline • Providing regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights • Ensuring a smooth, professional, and friendly candidate experience We’d love to see • 3+ years of recruitment experience • At least 1 year of experience in international hiring • Experience hiring BDMs, Sales Managers, or other commercial roles • Experience working with Africa and/or Asia markets • Confidence managing roles independently from intake to offer • Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills • Good organizational skills and ownership mindset • Working proficiency in English, B2 or higher • Experience with LinkedIn and ATS tools • Russian language skills would be a plus • Fintech experience would be a strong advantage Why you might enjoy working with us: • International hiring exposure across fast-growing markets • Opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders • Startup energy with real opportunities to grow • High level of trust and autonomy • Clear goals and visible recruitment impact • Friendly, supportive team that works hard but keeps things human
