The Opportunity The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of positions, with a primary focus on high-volume, non-exempt hiring. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and identify top talent to support business objectives. The Recruiter serves as a trusted recruiting partner by providing market insights, building talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This individual is comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, proactively sourcing talent, and balancing both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning. Your Primary Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions from requisition intake through accepted offer. Recruit primarily for high-volume, non-exempt positions while supporting exempt positions as business needs require. Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs, required qualifications, and hiring timelines. Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified local and national talent. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, community partnerships, and direct outreach. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and recommend top talent for hiring manager consideration. Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with hiring managers and HR. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Build strong partnerships with hiring managers by serving as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process. Partner with managers experiencing high turnover to identify recruiting opportunities and develop proactive hiring plans. Provide market intelligence, talent availability, and recruiting recommendations to support informed hiring decisions. Maintain regular communication with hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines, market conditions, and recruiting progress. Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill positions. Represent the organization at career fairs, hiring events, networking opportunities, and community outreach initiatives. Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and expand talent pools. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices. Support additional Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects as assigned. Sourcing skills utilizing multiple recruiting channels. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies. Proficiency with Google Workspace applications. Demonstrated customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive hiring experience. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for high-volume, non-exempt positions. Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience partnering directly with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and fill critical staffing needs. You might also have Experience recruiting within healthcare, healthcare services, operations, manufacturing, distribution, customer service, or other high-volume environments. Experience supporting multi-site recruiting. Knowledge of employment law and compliance related to recruiting. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms.
