The Role

The Recruiter owns the full recruitment cycle for the roles assigned to them: sourcing, interviewing and placing exceptional candidates with speed and precision. Client relationships are managed by our account team, so your focus stays exactly where your earnings are. We have the volume and a consistent flow of ongoing mandates. What we are looking for is the person who can convert it.

That person has done serious work on their mindset, operates with discipline and self direction, and takes complete ownership of their results. A $40,000 base provides stability, commission is 20% and uncapped, and estimated first year earnings are $100,000+.

Specific Responsibilities

Job functions include but are not limited to:

• Full cycle recruitment on assigned roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting and closing.
• Proactive headhunting through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals and your own network.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines in our CRM for ongoing client contracts, so qualified candidates are ready before the next role opens.
• Conducting structured interviews and delivering curated shortlists with clear, honest context, on time.
• Consistent follow up with candidates at every stage, from first contact through offer and start date.
• Keeping every candidate record complete and current in our recruiting system, with clear visibility on the status of each search.
• Reporting on activity, pipeline and results to the Account Manager.
• Additional recruitment support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• One to three years of full cycle recruitment experience with a demonstrated record of placements. Agency experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter is required, including Boolean search and targeted outreach.
• Working knowledge of modern recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms. Experience with Zoho Recruit is a bonus.
• Fluency with AI tools that sharpen sourcing, screening and outreach is a bonus.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with sound judgment on candidate fit beyond the résumé.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and a polished, professional presence.
• A proven performance mindset: goal driven, resilient, coachable and accountable for results.
• Highly organized and self directed, with the discipline to manage multiple searches independently in a fully remote environment.
• A dedicated remote set up that supports focused work and professional video calls.

Compensation

• $40,000 base salary.
• 20% commission on every placement, uncapped.
• Estimated first year earnings of $100,000+.
• Bonuses awarded when quotas are met.
• Fully remote, anywhere in Canada.
