Location: Hong Kong/APAC Contract: 6 months Working hours: Standard 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with flexibility to adjust hours when needed to support candidates in different time zones The Opportunity Reap is scaling fast across APAC, The Americas, Europe, and Africa. To support our growing hiring volume, we're bringing on a Recruiter on a 6-month contract to own screening and coordination. This is a hands-on, high-volume role for someone highly organised and detail-oriented who wants to build a recruiting career in a fast-moving fintech. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working closely with the Talent Acquisition team. What You'll Be Doing Sourcing Support & Screening Help source for high quality talents across global platforms and send initial outreaches under Talent Partner direction. This is closer to a 180 recruitment role : sourcing plus candidate screening, without owning hiring manager management or full-cycle closing responsibilities. The main weighting sounds like roughly 60–70% sourcing and 30–40% screening . Run initial CV/application reviews against agreed criteria. Conduct first-round screens and summarise candidates clearly for Talent Partners. Coordination & Admin Own interview scheduling and logistics across multiple time zones. Manage candidate correspondence and keep the process moving smoothly and on time. Post and manage job advertisements across channels. ATS Management Manage ATS day to day — data entry, updating candidate stages, maintaining pipeline hygiene, and logging activity. Keep candidate records accurate and complete so reporting is reliable. Pull basic reports from Teamtailor to support Talent Partners and the Chief People Officer. What We're Looking For Experience Available for a 6-month fixed-term contract, ideally starting soon. ~1–3 years in a recruiting coordinator, sourcing, or admin-heavy role — strong internship or graduate experience considered. High-growth or startup exposure a plus. Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or search Strong sourcing skills Comfortable doing first-round candidate screens Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working flexibly when hiring needs require time zone coverage Skills & Capabilities Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong scheduling and logistics skills across regions and time zones. Comfortable learning and working in an ATS Clear, professional written communication and a candidate-first mindset. Comfortable with high volume and shifting priorities.
