You find the professionals and stay involved Good interior builders are scarce. Especially the craftsmen who match the standard of the Dutch yacht building industry. That is why, at de organisatie, we are looking for a colleague who knows how to find these people in Poland, bind them to us, and guide them when they start working in the Netherlands. You build your own network of experienced interior builders, furniture makers, and other woodworkers. You conduct interviews, assess candidates, and guide new colleagues during their start in the Netherlands. After that, you remain their fixed point of contact. Approximately once every two to three weeks, you visit your people at the various workplaces in the Netherlands. So you don't just recruit people. You know them and stay involved with them. ### This is what your work looks like You will have a lot of freedom to further develop the recruitment and support of our Polish employees within the interior construction sector. Your responsibilities include: - searching for and approaching experienced woodworkers in Poland

building and maintaining your own network
interview and assess candidates based on experience, professional knowledge, and motivation
guiding new employees with their start in the Netherlands
regularly visit employees at their workplace
maintaining contact with employees and clients
help when there are questions or problems. You can work from home and partly from Poland. However, you will be in the Netherlands regularly to speak with your employees in person and stay in touch with our clients. ### This is what you can expect from de organisatie You will be given an independent position with a lot of freedom to build your own network and way of working. You can count on: - €2.500 – €4.000 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience

Are willing to travel regularly between Poland and the Netherlands
