About The Role
As a Corporate Recruiter at FMX, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's growth by attracting top talent across multiple functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance. Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience recruiting in a SaaS or high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Strong background in recruiting across various corporate functions including Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations
- Proven sourcing skills with experience engaging passive candidates and building talent pipelines
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and guide interview and selection processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and offer management skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and leveraging recruiting data for process improvement
- Interest in adopting new recruiting tools and technologies, including AI solutions
- Highly organized, collaborative, and capable of prioritizing in dynamic environments
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry best practices
- Alignment with FMX’s core values of teamwork, excellence, and integrity
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across the organization, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers
- Handle a workload of 10-12 active requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop interview plans, and support confident hiring decisions
- Source and engage top talent through multiple channels, building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
- Enhance FMX’s employer brand across job boards, career pages, and social media platforms
- Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support compensation discussions by providing market insights and salary benchmarking data
- Maintain accurate recruiting data within the applicant tracking system and optimize workflows for efficiency
- Explore and implement innovative recruiting tools, including AI-powered solutions, to improve sourcing and candidate engagement
- Continuously refine recruiting processes by collaborating with hiring managers, promoting inclusive interview practices, and staying updated on industry trends
- Gather feedback from new hires to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the overall candidate experience
