About The Role
As a Corporate Recruiter at FMX, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth objectives by attracting and hiring top talent across various functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include sourcing passive candidates, conducting interviews, facilitating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting in a SaaS or high-growth environment
Strong background in sourcing across multiple corporate functions such as Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
Expertise in engaging passive candidates and building talent pipelines
Experience partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and guide interview processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and offer management skills
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data-driven hiring strategies
Curiosity and enthusiasm for adopting new recruiting tools, including AI solutions
Highly organized, collaborative, and capable of prioritizing in a dynamic setting
Commitment to continuous learning and industry best practices

Responsibilities
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for a variety of roles, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and extending offers
Handle a consistent workload of 10-12 active requisitions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop interview plans, and facilitate confident hiring decisions
Source and engage top talent through multiple channels, building strong pipelines for current and future needs
Maintain and promote FMX’s employer brand across job boards, career pages, and social platforms
Ensure a positive, timely, and thoughtful candidate experience at every stage of the process
Support compensation discussions by providing market insights and salary benchmarking
Maintain accurate recruitment data and optimize workflows within the applicant tracking system (Workable)
Explore and implement innovative recruiting tools, including AI-powered solutions, to enhance sourcing and efficiency
Continuously improve recruiting processes through collaboration, promoting inclusive interview practices, and staying current with industry trends
Gather feedback from new hires to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the candidate journey
