Location: Remote (UK, Ireland or Spain)

Contract: Full-time contract until June 2027, with strong potential for extension

Working Hours: 39 hours per week, typically 08:00-16:00

Language Requirement: Fluent Czech and English

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced recruiter to join a high-performing Early Careers Talent Acquisition team, supporting hiring activities across EMEA. This role focuses on attracting and hiring apprentice, intern, graduate and research talent through a range of early career programmes.

You will manage the recruitment lifecycle from application review through to offer acceptance, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring stakeholders across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Review applications and identify high-potential candidates for progression.
• Conduct first-stage virtual interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and facilitate assessment centres and hiring events.
• Manage candidate communications and provide constructive feedback.
• Build, negotiate and extend offers while ensuring an efficient recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and hiring objectives.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and talent insights to support recruitment strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across early career hiring programmes.
• Ensure a fair, inclusive and compliant recruitment process.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Fluent Czech and English language skills.
• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within graduate, internship, apprentice or campus hiring.
• Strong interviewing, assessment and offer management experience.
• Experience managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Knowledge of employment compliance, work permits, visas and fair hiring practices.
• Confidence using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
