About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. If you have a passion for identifying top talent, building strong candidate relationships, and managing the recruitment lifecycle, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare and negotiate offers with selected candidates.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment data and hiring reports.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in IT, AI, or technical hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
