We are looking for a passionate and motivated Life Sciences Recruiter who has experience hiring for Life Sciences and Healthcare roles. If you enjoy sourcing niche talent, interacting with candidates, and working in a fast-paced recruitment environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Clinical Research, and Healthcare roles.
• Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles within client-defined turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update ATS/CRM regularly.
• Achieve individual hiring targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on Life Sciences industry trends, market intelligence, and talent availability.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Life Sciences recruitment.
• Experience hiring for Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, Medical Devices, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Validation, Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Writing, or Healthcare domains.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience working with domestic and/or international clients is an added advantage.
