Description Recruiter - Phoenix/Glendale - Hybrid Contract to Perm - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Must live in the Phoenix AZ area! Skilled Trades/Manufacturing - Semiconductor, Aerospace, and Med Device experience Changing lives one Day at a Time A day as a Recruiter might look like the following: Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment Requirements: Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years Recruitment in Skilled Trades - Semiconductor, Aerospace, and Med Device experience Experience handling High Volume sourcing and hiring Experience in sourcing through Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and other sourcing channels Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis Experience with MS Office Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
