Recruiter - U.S. Team (Hybrid)

The Role – Recruiter - U.S. Support Location – Hybrid in Bogota, Colombia Pay range - based on experience The EXL Recruiter will provide recruitment support to the North America Banking Capital Markets(BCM) group. This role will focus on heavy sourcing, interview scheduling, and other areas of recruitment admin coordination for the US BCM Recruitment Lead. The ideal candidate will have recent experience performing recruitment support functions remotely within the BPO industry with experience hiring backoffice professionals such as Call Center and Customer Support Reps. ***Must be able and willing to work US Eastern Standard Time business hours Monday through Friday*** Responsible for the intake of new job openings, updating candidate workflow status’ in Oracle Fusion ATS, and sourcing passive profiles on LinkedIn Recruiter. Assure proper and accurate data entry into the ATS for a seamless handover to the Onboarding team of selected candidates for hire. Evaluate job applicant resumes and phone screen for a possible fit for the role. Submit prescreened candidates to the Recruiting Lead and Hiring Managers for consideration to proceed with HM interviews Ability to applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications Arrange candidate interviews by coordinating, scheduling, and sending calendar invites as needed Maintain accurate candidate workflow status’ within the ATS and on the team’s trackers Will perform other duties as assigned Must have Recruiting experience with working knowledge of ATS / HRIS data base systems - preferably Oracle Fusion software Must have experience as a recruiter working for a Consulting/BPO/RPO/ITO industry firm or as a Financial Inbound Call Center Rep recruiter Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Superior attention to detail and follow up skills are a must Must be organized, able to multi-task, team-oriented Proficient with MS Office Suite and Reporting Capabilities
