Junior Recruitment Consultant (all), fully remote

SwissPeak Partners is a boutique recruitment and staffing firm with its base in Zug, working across Switzerland and Europe. We place permanent and contract professionals in IT, engineering, healthcare, finance and other highly regulated industries. Our team is small, fully remote and organised in four specialist clusters, and every mandate stays with one consultant from the briefing to the placement.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn this business properly, not someone who wants to fill a seat.

What you will do

• Build your own candidate network: active sourcing on LinkedIn and other channels, referrals, cold calls
• Own your pipeline from first contact to signed offer and organise your work independently
• Run interviews with substance, assess candidates honestly and prepare them for every step
• Work closely with the consultant on the mandate so you understand what the client actually needs
• Write and place job ads and build talent pools for roles that come back
• Guide candidates through offer, contract and start, and stay in touch afterwards
• Keep the CRM clean, because the whole team works from it

What you bring

• You like talking to people and you are confident on the phone, not just in writing
• You stay structured when several processes run at once
• You take initiative and want to see the result of your own work
• Straight out of university or around a year of experience, both work. Drive counts more than titles
• Fluent English. Any further language is a plus
