Position Overview As a Recruiting Account Manager, you'll work closely with agency owners and candidates throughout the hiring process. You'll help source qualified talent, coordinate interviews, manage client relationships, and support recruiting initiatives that lead to successful hires. This role combines elements of recruiting, account management, lead generation, and customer relationship management in a collaborative and supportive environment.
