Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Recruitment Consultant supporting S V Ispat’s hiring needs. The Recruitment Consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including understanding role requirements, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews for various positions, with a focus on graduate and early-career talent where needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with hiring managers, creating job postings, maintaining candidate pipelines, conducting initial interviews, and providing feedback and recommendations. The role also involves managing communication with candidates, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience, and tracking recruitment metrics and progress. The consultant will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting, including experience managing candidate pipelines and hiring processes.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and Communication skills to effectively partner with hiring managers and engage with candidates in a professional manner.
• Candidates should possess Interviewing skills, including structured and competency-based interviewing techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple open roles and deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), online job boards, and professional networking platforms.
• Understanding of inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and basic employment compliance principles.
• Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sector recruitment is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
