Position Description:
Join a dynamic team as a Recruiting Specialist, supporting full-cycle recruitment for federal government clients. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and candidates, leveraging your expertise to source, interview, and onboard top talent using innovative, data-driven strategies. You’ll utilize applicant tracking systems like Workday, social media, and Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines. Your insights will help guide hiring decisions, ensuring compliance and integrity throughout the recruitment process. This is a contract position perfect for experienced recruiting professionals seeking impactful work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Top Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition and full lifecycle recruiting, including supporting federal government clients
- Proficiency with Workday ATS and social recruiting techniques
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and leadership
