We seek a Recruitment Analyst to drive talent acquisition and support the evolution of our growing team through strategic recruitment and HR operations, ensuring our hiring practices align with our technical and operational growth while supporting broader HR initiatives. Employment Type: Full-Time Contractor | Location: Remote (Medellín, Colombia) Required Experience 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles, preferably in technology companies or fast-growing startups. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing recruitment pipelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a collaborative, results-driven environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Experience in technology or IT sectors that demonstrates familiarity with technical environments and engineering team dynamics. Nice to Have Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or recruitment management platforms. Familiarity with HRIS tools and HR analytics dashboards. Knowledge of contractor/freelancer sourcing and staff augmentation models. English B2+. Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment operations: Source, screen, interview, and onboard talent aligned with company growth and project capacity. Manage recruitment pipeline: Maintain organized candidate databases, track metrics, and optimize sourcing channels. Support HR processes: Assist with onboarding, probation follow-ups, offboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation. Coordinate with PMO: Align hiring with project staffing needs and resource planning in collaboration with the PMO Manager. HR administrative support: Maintain records and documentation of employees/contractors.
