We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and help build world-class engineering, AI, product and go-to-market teams for some of the fastest-growing technology companies in the United States.

This is an opportunity to work directly with venture-backed startups ranging from Seed stage through to Series D+, partnering with founders and hiring leaders while building relationships with exceptional talent across the US tech ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain strong candidate networks across software engineering, AI, data, product and go-to-market functions.
• Identify and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, outbound outreach and other sourcing channels.
• Partner closely with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing a best-in-class experience.
• Work alongside an experienced team supporting some of the most innovative technology companies in the market.
• Stay up to date with hiring trends, emerging technologies and the evolving startup landscape.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within technology recruitment.
• Previous experience recruiting for US-based technology startups is essential.
• Strong understanding of the US technology market and startup ecosystem.
• Excellent sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates.
• Fluent English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A consultative, relationship-driven approach to recruitment.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely in a high-performance environment.
