We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join us here at COREcruitment. This role will primarily focus on driving new business and building client relations across key hospitality sectors. The Talent scout will be instrumental in driving growth of the desk, managing relationships with key clients and generally having a great time.

This role is perfect for someone driven, ambitious and experienced working in Recruitment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Ambitious and career driven - you have a personable approach to sales and a "go getter" attitude.
• Previous experience in a sales or business development role
• Personable and friendly
• Self-starter – able to manage your own time
• The ability to actively develop new business leads and negotiate contracts
• Networking capabilities to build and maintain industry relationships
• Passionate about customer service and hospitality
