About the Role

Phillips Butterworth Limited is looking for a Recruitment Partner who is driven by results, motivated by earnings, and willing to put in the hard work that separates the best in the business from everyone else. This is not a role for the faint-hearted. We want someone who picks up the phone without hesitation, speaks to candidates and clients with confidence and polish, and thrives in an environment where effort is directly rewarded.

Responsibilities

• Direct experience recruiting in at least one of the following areas:
• Legal recruitment — placing lawyers in private practice, attorneys, or in-house legal roles
• Accounting recruitment — placing professionals in private practice accounting firms or in-house accountant roles
• Proven billing history with demonstrable commission earnings — we want to hear your numbers
• A passion for recruitment and a genuine desire to earn and grow
• Impeccable phone manner — you are articulate, warm, and professional at all times
• Equally confident speaking with candidates and with clients or business decision-makers
• Hard-working, resilient, and self-motivated — you do not need to be chased
• Comfortable with early starts (7:00 AM Malaysia time) to align with the Australian market
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience is advantageous

Proven track record — someone whose results speak for themselves. If you have consistently earned strong commission, you already know the standard we expect.
