Location: Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane CBD Type: Full-time | Monday–Friday Work Model: Hybrid (up to 2 days WFH) Salary: Competitive base + commission As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong relationships with doctors and healthcare clients. You'll be responsible for: Managing end-to-end (360) recruitment from vacancy brief to placement Building and maintaining relationships with doctors and hospital clients Promoting opportunities and delivering fast, high-quality placements Ensuring compliance requirements and documentation are completed accurately Growing your talent network and driving business development opportunities Let’s Talk About You! You'll bring agency recruitment experience and a strong track record of building client relationships, sourcing talent, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Experience recruiting doctors, GPs, or other healthcare professionals will be highly regarded (not essential), as will permanent placement and international sourcing experience.
