What you'll be doing: Building and growing your own Engineering & Manufacturing recruitment desk. Developing strong client relationships while actively identifying and winning new business opportunities. Sourcing and placing high-quality engineering talent across a thriving regional market. Collaborating with experienced colleagues across the North to maximise opportunities and deliver outstanding results. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement and aftercare. Who We're Looking For An experienced recruiter, ideally within Engineering, Manufacturing or a related technical market. A strong business developer who enjoys building client relationships and winning new business. Commercially focused with a track record of delivering results and managing a successful desk. Motivated by career progression and the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing team. Full UK driving licence preferred due to the geographic coverage of the territory.
