Recruitment Consultant (AHP/SEN) | £35,000–£50,000 p/a | London (Hybrid)

Our client is a healthcare recruitment specialist on a mission to improve patient care globally, connecting highly skilled AHP and SEN professionals with the roles where they're needed most. As demand grows, they're looking for a driven Resourcing / Recruitment Consultant to join their team and take ownership of an allocated country or region.

What you'll be doing

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and preferences.
• Sourcing, screening and selecting suitable candidates for temporary nursing and healthcare positions.
• Conducting thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications and experience.
• Growing and maintaining a strong network of healthcare professionals to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partnering closely with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for hitting targets and thriving in a competitive environment.
• Strong resilience, determination, drive and ambition to succeed in a fast-paced, demanding industry.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients.
• Adaptability and comfort working in a constantly evolving market.
• High self-motivation and a proactive approach to achieving goals and overcoming challenges.
• Solid computer skills, including confidence with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with international recruitment.
• Essential: experience recruiting either AHP (Allied Health Professional) or SEN (Special Educational Needs) professionals.

• Salary: £35,000–£50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
